  • computer too slow caused by virus, hard disc is full that needs maintenance, too many apps loaded at startup
  • cleansing the computer deleting temporary files, unused apps.
  • Install new operating System, MS Office, anti-virus applications, etc.
  • Install computer peripherals like printer, etc. with the correct drivers
  • Install client-server networking in wired or wireless network
